Places to See Jammu & Kashmir

So let’s see a little history of this paradise.

History – The ancient name of Kashyap Sagar i.e.  Kashmir came in the name of Rishi Kashyap. The kingdom of Rishi Kashyap’s clan was spread from Caspain Sagar to Kashmir. Rishi Kashyap was the first king of Kashmir. And he made Kashmir the kingdom of his dreams. The great king Ashoka propagated Buddhism in Kashmir in the third century. Later it was ruled by Kanishka and at the end of the 6th century, it was the possession of Huno Vans. In 530 AD, Kashmir remained an independent valley and after that

it was ruled by the kings of Ujjain Samraj. And Kashmir developed a mixture of Hinduism and Buddhism.

Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh are three separate regions. When India became independent, a large part of India was separated in the name of religion. Which was named Pakistan. Pakistan had two sides at that time. East Pakistan and West Pakistan. East Pakistan separated to form Bangladesh in the year 1971. You know that at the time of partition Pakistan had invaded Kashmir. And occupied a part of Jammu & Kashmir. During that attack, the Indian Army launched an occupation-liberation campaign, but due to the unilateral declaration of ceasefire by then Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru, the line of control was born. Since then Jammu & Kashmir became disputed areas.

You will get to read all these things in this story.
